Last week was a busy one for shows and new releases. We’re excited to see such an amazing spring lining up, eagerly anticipating Bonnaroo, and gearing up to bring you all kinds of exciting news, reviews, premieres, and giveaways.

In case you missed anything, here’s a recap of everything we covered last week on the site:

  • NEWS: Slightly Stoopid announced a show in Nashville, and tickets are on sale now!
  • NEWS: Lana Del Rey is recording in Nashville, most likely with Dan Auerbach.
  • NEWS: Freakin’ Weekend V announced its dates, lineup, and locations!
  • NEWS: Manchester Orchestra will play Cannery Ballroom this spring!
  • NEWS: Foster the People announced a new album and a date at the Ryman with St. Lucia.

  • SHOW: New Politics put on a show at the Exit/In with Magic Man and Sleeper Agent.
  • SHOW: The Mezingers, Off with Their Heads, and Free Throw performed at The End.
  • RELEASE: Vinyl Thief dropped “Stop Motion” from their upcoming EP of the same name.
  • RELEASE: Alanna Royale premiered a new single and put on a release show.
  • RELEASE: Honey Locust dropped a new single from their upcoming full-length.
  • RELEASE: Daniel Ellswoth & The Great Lakes released a single from their upcoming album!
  • RELEASE: Tweens dropped a new single ahead of their performance at Freakin Weekend 5!
  • VIDEO: Wild Cub played “Thunder Clatter” on Letterman for their late night debut.
  • FUN: Hump Day Diversion: Back atcha’ like a Wrecking Ball.
  • CONTEST: Manchester Orchestra announced a show at Cannery Ballroom with Balance & Composure and Kevin Devine, and we’re giving away tickets!
