SXSW

As we dive deeper and deeper into winter, the more and more excited we are getting about running amuck in Austin with more bands than you could put on 20 festival schedules for this year’s SXSW Music Conference.  We already told you about the strong Nashville representation in the first wave of artist announcements (Blacklist Royals and Natural Child), and then we updated you in the second wave (ELEL, Turbo Fruits, PUJOL, and Suzy Bogguss.

Well, yesterday, amidst the mad dash for festival announcements (including that incredible Bonnaroo lineup announcement spectacle), SXSW announced their biggest, and likely final, announcement of officially showcased bands at the 2015 conference.  As expected, there is a very strong local representation in that announcement including: All Them Witches, Bad Cop, Blackfoot Gypsies, B. Cooper, Diarrhea Planet, Grits, Humming House, Jawws, JEFF The Brotherhood, Kandace Springs, The Lees Of Memory, Sean McConnell, Derek Minor, Music Band, Natalie Prass, & Amanda Shires.

Needless to say, this is another stellar offering from our truly talented local artists.  Head below to see some media from each, and, if you are planning on rolling with a full badge, better secure yours before prices go up on Friday.
