The Strange Boys at Third Man Records on July 9th

Tonight in Nashville….

Garage-rockers The Strange Boys are back in town (they just played The End a few weeks ago) to make a live record over at Jack White’s, Third Man Records tonight (7/9) at 9pm.  Head over to the Third Man Records website to read a far better introduction than I could write for these guys.  Tickets are only $5 and are available through the Third Man website.  Also, bring your checkbook because this show will be part of the Live at Third Man series… meaning, the show will be recorded direct to analog tape and will be pressed onto vinyl.  Black & Blue split colored editions of the album will be available for pre-order only to those in attendance.

Nashville’s own stoner rock trio, Natural Child will be opening, and there will be DJ sets from Nashville’s Dead and The Paperhead.  So, If you are looking for something to do tonight in Nashville on the cheap (well, pre-ordering the vinyl will cost you $20 some-odd dollars), then you might just have found your answer.
