Jeff Tweedy Announces Album with Son, Streams New Single Ahead of June 24 Ryman Show


Ahead of his June 24 show at The Ryman, Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy has announced that his first-ever solo album will actually be a new project with his 18 year old son Spencer, simply called Tweedy. Their debut will be dubbed Sukierae, and has been tapped for a Sept. 16 release. Tweedy are on the road now, joined by a full backing band, and tickets to their Ryman show are still available hereThe Handsome Family will support, and Tweedy’s debut single, “I’ll Sing It,” is available to stream after the jump.
