Phin-2016-620

Ever since they exploded onto the scene with their impressive 2013 debut EP, Those Killers, we’ve been keeping an eye on local indie rock outfit PHIN.  They’ve become a staple in the local rock scene, even winning the 2014 Music City Mayhem competition, and released a new single last year, but have otherwise been relatively quiet.  That’s about to change this year though, as they embark on an ambitious project.  They will release a single a month for the next year, leading up to the release of the official release of their debut full length, 12 Months, in July 2017.

The recently released first single, titled “You’re Saving Me,” shows the band flexing their indie rock prowess with an alt-rock leaning flair.  Dig into it after the jump, and check back soon as they’ll surely be ramping up the live shows soon in support.
