New local electro-pop outfit Chaos Emeralds combine the creative forces of Daniel Ellsworth (of Daniel Ellsworth & The Great Lakes) and Kyle Andrews, and they have come out of the gates swinging in 2016. After dropping their debut single “Too Gone” and then a synth-drenched cover of Ryan Adam’s “Come Pick Me Up,” they hit the road with like-minded buzz band, Tanlines. Chaos Emeralds is back this week with a new banger in the their electro-pop single “Animal Kingdom.” You can watch the video below, which features rabbit and cat costumes, and begs the question, how many animal costumes does Daniel Ellsworth own?
