Fans of genre bending Australian garage-psych rockers King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard should rejoice over the news that the seven-man sound machine is releasing a brand new LP entitled Nonagon Infinity on April 29, available for pre-order here. They’ll also be stopping in on Music City to play Mercy Lounge with The Murlocs on May 4, and tickets are still available for just $12! The group first caught our ear at Bonnaroo 2015, and since then we’ve kept their latest release, Paper Mâché Dream Balloon, on repeat. Taking a page from West Coast contemporaries like Ty Segall or Thee Oh Sees, KG&LW are fairly prolific, releasing seven records since their inception circa 2011.
