Psychedelic rockers Futurebirds just released the title track to their upcoming album, Hotel Parties. The album is set to release on Sept. 25, and it will be the first one released on the Easy Sound Recording Company label. The new track follows up previously released singles from the album, “Deadbeat Hits” and “twentyseven.” The twangy, introspective track discusses life on tour. Aptly named, it touches on the loneliness of partying with strangers, moving from town to town and coping with day to day life on the road while balancing reality. The lyrics complement the slightly melancholy tone and replicate the moods of a lonely musician. You can pre-order the album on their website now. Futurebirds head out on tour the day the album is released, beginning in their hometown of Athens, Georgia and making a stop at Mercy Lounge on Friday, Oct. 2. Check out their new track below, and grab your tickets for the Nashville date right here!
