Frozen inside thanks to this nasty would-be snow turned ice storm? Getting a little stir crazy? Well, lucky for you, we had quite a busy week last week here at No Country, and we’ve recapped everything that we covered for you below, from show announcements to video releases to reviews to festival expansions and more:

  • NO COUNTRY PRESENTS: Pollstar Fat Tuesday Party feat. HalfBrass & Special Guests | Tuesday, Feb. 17 at The High Watt
  • NEWS: Miley Cyrus recruited Against Me! and more to help with her new charity, and Taylor Swift debuted a new music video.

  • NEWS: The legendary Bob Dylan added an April 27 TPAC show to his tour.
  • NEWS: Dave Grohl was named the ambassador for this year’s Record Store Day.
  • NEWS: Def Leppard announced an Aug. 18 return to Bridgestone Arena with Styx and Tesla.
  • NEWS: Young the Giant, Chance the Rapper, T-Pain, and more were confirmed for this year’s Rites of Spring festival.
  • NEWS: The Wand announced a new album and March 24 show at The End.
  • NEWS: PUP, MC Lars, Mod Sun, and more were added to this year’s Vans Warped Tour.

  • VIDEO: Ahead of a show at Cannery Ballroom, The Maine premiered a lyric video for their new single.
  • VIDEO: Turbo Fruits premiered a new music video ahead of their show at 3rd & Lindsley.
  • VIDEO: Local rap group BZRK performed a new song for DCXV’s latest “Shop Session.”
