Bobby Bare Jr

Long time Nashville stalwart in the local music scene, Bobby Bare Jr. just dropped an NPR Tiny Desk Concert featuring tracks from his recent Bloodshot Records release, Undefeated.  Bare and cohort keyboardist Matt Rowland began the set with the tracks “Don’t Wanna Know” and “The Big Time” and finish with the always playful “Visit Me In Music City”.  They left the NPR staff, and us watching, per his usual fashion, in stitches.  Even less surprising is that Bare reportedly found NPR music chief Bob Boylan in a food line at a festival, and stated “I wanna play your desk”.  Bravo sir.
