You may remember us telling you about Twin Forks, the new folk project from Dashboard Confessional and Further Seems Forever’s Chris Carrabba, when they recently passed through Nashville for the first time. Not just a side gig, Twin Forks is a proper full band, and Carrabba’s primary musical outlet for the foreseeable future. As a new act, and with just one EP under their belt, Twin Forks have been relying on performing a handful of cover songs to fill out their live set, one of which comes from Nashville country pop darling (and admitted Dashboard fan) Taylor Swift. The cover, “Mean,” was, up until now, only available for fans to catch live, but, in honor of T-Swift’s birthday, the group decided to drop a full studio version late last week. Check it out below!
