I don’t mean “blows up” like a gigantic spaceship the size of Manhattan is going to explode in mid air over midtown… oh, wait, you guys didn’t see Prometheus?  Good call.  What I mean is, the folks over at Nashville’s Dead have thrown together one hell of a party this weekend.  We can’t tuck something this big into a This Weekend in Nashville post.  Something this badass needs its own page, its own address, its own damn area code.  There’s a lot going on tonight already, but if you want to get the most bang for your buck, the kick off night of Freakin’ Weekend IV is the place to be!

Freakin' Weekend

Things get started tonight at The End, and continue on all weekend long at Exit/In, The Stone Fox, and Local Honey.  Three day passes are already sold out, but you can still grab some of the very limited single night tickets at Exit/In and The End.  We’re gonna give you a quick rundown of the show lineup, set times, locations, and a playlist of most of the bands.  Ben Todd, rock with us in spirit, man.
