Resident local country starlet Kacey Musgraves recently released her debut Christmas album, A Very Kacey Christmas, digitally on Oct. 28. Chock full of quirky and spirited original holiday tunes, the record features guests like Willie Nelson and Leon Bridges, and is already racking up praise for its nostalgic, throwback vibe to cheerful and positive Christmas music of eras past. Ahead of her Nov. 28 Christmas show at The Ryman (which, unsurprisingly, seems to have sold out), and in celebration of the LP’s vinyl release (on a transparent green, no less) today, Nov. 18, Musgraves is set to host a free in-store performance and record signing at the Ernest Tubb Record Shop on Broadway! Slated for 6:30 p.m., we’re sure the space will fill up fast, so get there early if you want to get in!
