Deleted Scenes w/ Parachute Musical and Photo Ops, The End, July 8th

Tonight in Nashville…

Washington DC based band, Deleted Scenes has that promise of a great young band, that is reminiscent of the way I felt about My Morning Jacket when I first saw them play at the beginning of the last decade.  It’s a promising sound that makes you connect.  I’ve never seen them live, but their LP and the teasers from the new EP (which released on Tuesday) have me really excited.  They are actually opening for Parachute Musical, but I personally prefer Deleted Scenes music.

If you are looking for something to on this fine Friday evening, then head over to The End to check out Deleted Scenes with Parachute Musical and Photo Ops.  Tickets are $5 and the show starts at 9pm.  Remember…. Deleted Scenes plays between Photo Ops and Parachute Musical, so don’t be too late.

If you want to check out a good collection of songs from the two EPs and one full length they have released, then visit Deleted Scenes myspace page.  This is a good cheap show at a great little venue for up and coming artists.
