Koa-620

Local rockers Koa have been on the rise and on the road, touring with another well known Nashville band, Moon Taxi.  Founded on the childhood friendship between Chase Bader and Conor Kelly, the group blends elements of soul, rock & roll and funk into an eclectic, danceable sound, focusing on songs that keep people moving. Now the seven-piece is poised to drop their latest EP entitled, This Is Koa, tomorrow (Nov. 13), but we have a track for you to sample one day early. After the jump, “Gemini” is on deck for your auditory enjoyment, and then go download a copy of the EP on Noisetrade for a $3 suggested tip. Go ahead and get hip to the bands socials too, while there’s still room on the bandwagon.
