Combining elements of classic rhythm and blues with modern rock and alternative sensibilities, Nashville’s own The Hollywood Kills have been one of the hardest working bands around for close to a decade. Having shared the stage with site faves like Cage the Elephant and Fall Out Boy, and toured with the likes of The Pretty Reckless and on the Vans Warped Tour, the blue collar rockers seem poised to break out in a major way, and if their new EP, Episode IV, is any indication, the local quartet should definitely be on your radar this year. Their fourth EP overall and followup to last year’s Coming of Age, the new record officially drops tomorrow; however, we’re incredibly excited to bring you a sneak preview a day early. Listen to Episode IV in full below, and be sure to catch The Hollywood Kills live Thursday, Oct. 1 at Rocketown with The Skulx, Advocate, Pumpkinseed, and Rocket Off Course!
