Today, local rockers Frances & The Foundation have released the first new single, “Plant The Seed,” from their upcoming EP, Phases, which is due out September 18!  The track features an arena ready rock swagger, and is a testament to the growth of the band with their revamped lineup.  Have a listen to the new track below, and make plans to see them at Communion Nashville on September 15 at The High Watt, where you’ll get a chance to grab an advance copy of the EP.
