Forecastle2015-620

Hot on the heels of Bonnaroo, Hangout Fest, Shaky Knees, New Orleans Jazz Fest, CounterPoint, Iron N Ink, and other local and regional summer extravaganzas, Louisville’s annual Forecastle Fest has unveiled its 2015 lineup! As in prior years, it’s eclectic and pretty damn awesome, boasting Sam Smith, My Morning Jacket, Widespread Panic, Modest Mouse, Cage The Elephant, and more, plus locals Sturgill Simpson, Cherub, JEFF the Brotherhood, Fly Golden Eagle, and Diarrhea Planet on this year’s bill! We had a blast last summer, and most certainly will be making the trek up north once more on July 17-19. Stay tuned for additional Forecastle coverage as the fest approaches, and be sure to head here beginning this Friday, Jan. 30, at 11 a.m. CST to grab your tickets. General admission pricing begins at a very reasonable $144.50, and they’ll only go up from there (VIP options and special traffic packages are also available, and single day options will be made available at a later date). Check out the full lineup after the jump, and we’ll see you in Kentucky!
