For over than a decade, tattoo convention meets music festival meets hot rod show meets fashion and culture celebration Ink N Iron has been a popular staple of the scene in Long Beach, California, and, for the first time ever, the fest has announced a 2015 expansion to Nashville, which they fittingly dub “in the land of Elvis and Cash.” Set to take place August 7-9, Ink N Iron will host performances from the likes of Merle Haggard, Sharon Jones, Suicidal Tendencies, Misfits, Wanda Jackson, The Bronx, Nikki Lane, and countless other acts in Bicentennial Mall State Park. Additionally, the weekend boasts a massive tattoo convention at Municipal Auditorium, as well as a hot rod show, tours to Graceland, Sun Records, and the birthplace of Johnny Cash, cabaret, a vintage fashion bazaar, a pin up pageant, tattoo contests, and more! Tickets for the inaugural event are on sale now, and range in options from tattoo convention only to single-day concert tickets to weekend passes. This fest kind of crept of our radar out of nowhere, and we’re glad that it did, because it sounds like it’s going to be a hell of a weekend! Peep the full lineup below, along with a video recap of last year’s Long Beach installment!
