Got a few minutes to kill? Well, we’ve got the perfect video for you. Birmingham based soul act St. Paul and the Broken Bones were recently given an opportunity to play their own NPR Tiny Desk Concert. If you’re unfamiliar with the Tiny Desk Concert series, it’s a popular series of performances put on by acclaimed artists showcasing their hits. However, the tracks are typically done acoustically, in a very intimate setting. The resulting performances are more personal and warm than your average show, and give fans a unique glimpse into the creativity and personality of their favorite artists. Everyone from Adele to John Legend to T-Pain have participated, and now St. Paul and the Broken Bones can be added to that list. Check out this awesome video after the jump. If you like what you hear, be sure to enter our giveaway for a chance to win a pair of tickets to St. Paul’s performance on New Years Eve at Marathon Music Works!
