Amidst our excitement last week for Philadelphia psych rockers Dr. Dog‘s announcement that they would be performing at The Ryman on March 27, we neglected to fill you in on a few big details! Not only are the band hitting the road, but they’re hitting the road in support of a new live LP: Dr. Dog Live at a Flamingo Hotel. You can order it on pre-sale here, and check out a track, “Heart It Races,” below. Another exciting piece of news we managed to gloss over, is that Philadelphia indie experimental rockers mewithoutYou, whose recent Catch For Us the Foxes anniversary show blew us away, will make their much-deserved Ryman debut in support. Tickets for this one are on sale now and going fast, so WHATEVER YOU DO, buy yours now or risk missing out. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!
