Local lifestyle brand and brains behind the live monthly “Shop Sessions” series, DCXV, just released a new summer video, showcasing some of their exciting new products (how fly are those beach towels?), friends, and good vibes. The video documents a road trip to nearby Fall Creek Falls, and includes a few familiar faces: namely, our own Philip Obenschain (that’s me) and *repeat repeat’s Kristyn and Jared Corder, among others. The whole thing was shot and edited by Mary-Beth Blankenship, whose work you often see on this very site (find more of it here), and is set to local rockers Daniel Ellsworth & The Great Lakes’ “Sun Goes Out.” Check it out below!

In further DCXV news, and, as we announced this morning, the company is hosting an unveiling of their latest mural, “Stay Tuned,” next Friday, July 11, at Center 615 (615 Main Street in East Nashville). Not only will Yazoo be there to provide some libations, but locals Vinyl Thief, whose latest single we just told you about, will be providing the tunes. Head here to find out more!
