St. Vincent Drops “Digital Witness” | Playing Marathon Music Works Fri. 3/7

As the people of Nashville lay nested under their cozy comforters, fighting 7 degree bitterness and Monday blues, St. Vincent fairy dusted the world with “Digital Witness”, a soundscape to ignite the perfect snow day discotheque. The song is the second single revealed off of her upcoming self-titled release (available February 25) and gifted as an instant download for those who pre-order the album via itunes. “I wanted to make a party record you could play at a funeral,” she says of her new record, “the groove needed to be paramount.”

Stream “Digital Witness” below and revisit the lead track off of St. Vincent, “Birth In Reverse”. Luckily, tickets to experience her incandescent artistry live and in awe on Friday, March 7 at Marathon Music Works are still available at the moment.
