Earlier this week, Kanye West premiered a new music video (on The Ellen Degeneres Show of all places) for “Bound 2,” the latest single from his experimental, visceral, deconstructionist new album, Yeezus. The video, which has been received with something of mixed reactions, is fairly minimalist in its approach, starring West’s fiancee Kim Kardashian, and featuring questionable CGI (almost certainly by design), motorcycles, and, at its core, a look at the relationship that West and Kardashian share. Right after watching, we suggest you read this compelling article from SPIN‘s Brandon Soderberg, analyzing Kanye’s visual history, and explaining why “Bound 2” is likely a more progressive (and better) video than you might think.

As we’ve already told you, Kanye will be bringing his Yeezus tour to Nashville this Wednesday, Nov. 27, at Bridgestone Arena, along with special guest Kendrick Lamar. Tickets are still available, and start at just $39.50. Better yet? We’re GIVING AWAY A PAIR TO ONE LUCKY WINNER! Here HERE to enter and find out more, and watch “Bound 2” below!
