Are you ready, Nashville? Tonight, seemingly overnight success Leagues will be playing at Cannery Ballroom at 8:30 p.m. Joining them will be Colony House (formerly known as CALEB) and this is gonna be a show you don’t want to miss. It’s 18+ (sorry, kids) and only $15. Grab your tickets here and check out the preview below for more info on both acts!
Leagues
Fresh off their nationwide headlining tour in support of their latest record, You Belong Here, Leagues are just one of those bands that you can’t help but love. As we said before, they have seemingly had overnight success since the debut of You Belong Here, and it’s no question as to why, given their lyrical talent and ear for catchy hooks. We had the opportunity to check them out back in September at Live on the Green, and, if you weren’t there, you shouldn’t miss this opportunity tonight. Give their song “Spotlight” (which was featured in a national Bose commercial) a listen below, and just try to keep your toes from tapping.
Colony House
Indie rock trio Colony House (who recently changed their name from CALEB), hailing from Franklin, TN, will be playing their first official show under their new name in support of Leagues. It’s also their first live outing since last spring. They’ve been promising new songs and a “special treat” for those in attendance, so we really can’t wait to see what transpires. Colony House are known for their ambient compositions and the heartfelt quality in all of their songs. You’re definitely gonna want to get there early and check them out. Check out the video of an acoustic performance of “Won’t Give Up,” which is said to be on their upcoming full-length When I Was Younger.
Leagues and Colony House will perform TONIGHT, November 22nd, at Cannery Ballroom. The show is 18+, begins at at 8:30 p.m. (doors at 7:30 p.m.), and tickets are available for $15.
