Multi-talented Philly transplant Carla Cappa is just 22 years old, and she’s one busy singer/songwriter. This past Monday, she released the official lyric video for her brand new single “Don’t Call Me Again,” and on Wednesday she was announced as a semi-finalist for Unsigned Only‘s online competition in their Top 40/Pop category. Just a few weeks before, she was a featured background vocalist performing with indie cult favorites Passion Pit for a VEVO session they filmed at Soundcheck right here in Nashville. The reddish/blonde bombshell channels catchy pop hooks and gorgeous harmonies in the style of The Veronicas or Tegan & Sara to create her own fresh blend of indie pop.
