Wooden Indian Burial Ground

It’s been a day of pretty amazing rock show announcements.  Post rock geniuses Sigur Ros are slated to play The Woods at Fontanel & Queens Of The Stone Age are set to rock Municipal Auditorium.  However, you can get started filling your rock needs tonight when Wooden Indian Burial Ground take over The Stone Fox.  The Portland, Oregon four piece brings some serious psychedelic rock noise, and garnered a bunch of praise as one the must see bands at New York’s CMJ festival last year.  They are touring now in support of their newest self-titled LP.  You can have a listen to this sludgey psychedelica, and check out the video for “Helicopter” after the jump.  Things get started at 9pm w/ local rockers Reid Magette & Study Hall.
