Here we go again… We just brought you a ticket giveaway for the Grandstand Music Festival on Saturday, and now it is time to offer up another pair of tickets for one of our favorite musical finds of 2013, Luella & The Sun. You remember us getting you guys all ready for Luella & The Sun before that SXSW Send Off party back in March, and that was just the beginning of the ascension for the talented Nashville musicians. Being a pick by NPR during the Austin festival is a start, being picked by NPR in their Next series is certainly another step at getting some national recognition.

They have been busy getting their full release together, so we haven’t seen a ton of Luella shows around town of late, but that is all about to change this Saturday when the Nashville foursome takes the stage at 3rd and Lindsley. Guess what? We’ve got tickets for you too. Click through the jump to see the contest details, and to jam out to some of those tunes that we fell in love with this year.

Your next musical crush may be for local Neil Young knock off Adam Faucett or the lovely ambient electro beats of Coupler, so get there early enough to check out these Nashville bands when things get started around 8pm.

Enter to win a pair of tickets:

  • Be 18 or older.
  • E-mail [email protected].
  • Put “Luella Contest” in the subject line.
  • Provide us with your first and last name.

If you don’t like to play around, and just want to buy tickets now, here is the link.
