PovertyIsRealUpon grabbing some breakfast with my bestie this morning, I spotted this poster and it reminded me that I was going to remind you wonderfolks about this awesome show this weekend. Matt rounded up our weekend picks and gave a good shout-out to this is one which is high on my list of a particularly solid weekend of offerings. I love it when folks use their talents to help others and I’m always excited by artists working with nonprofits (and if you like that, too, check out our friends over at Creativity Moves).

National nonprofit Poverty is Real has organized a series of concerts to raise aid for local nonprofit Open Table Nashville.

Saturday night you definitely want to check out Wild Cub, Vinyl Thief, Foreign Fields, Casa Castile, Afterlife Parade, and DJ Donny Rest at Exit/In.

Show is only $5, it’s 18+ and tix are available here.

And now for a sampling of what’s in store!
