First Listen of Alabama Shakes’ ‘Boys and Girls’ and a video of “Hold On”

In the honorary mention category of Nashville music, it seems like we should all be pretty proud of Alabama Shakes meteoric rise to fame this past year.  They are releasing their first full length, Boys and Girls, next week, and you can have a listen to the entire record over at NPR.

You can also check out a video for “Hold On” below.  We’re pretty excited to see them again when they open for Jack White at the Ryman in May.
