In support of her third- and, by all accounts, most personal and earnest- LP, Manic, chart-topping and award winning pop singer Halsey has plotted an extensive summer tour of North America, set to bring her to Nashville for her first headliner in two years, July 24 at Bridgestone Arena. Largely a pavilion and amphitheater run, it’s notable that Halsey opted for an indoor show at the considerably larger Bridgestone (not all outdoor treks are set up to easily make that switch), rather than returning to Ascend, where she played in 2018 (at a cap of about 7,000, Ascend is on the small side for venues of its kind, which is why we don’t always get a stop on these types of summer tours). It’s certainly good news for Nashvillians, though, as is word that the supporting acts will be alt hip hop/pop/electronic artist blackbear and electro-infused alt rockers PVRIS, both excellent compliments to Halsey’s edgy electropop sound. Undoubtedly one of our most-anticipated shows of the summer, tickets can be had for $39.62-195 while they last right here!
