Local Natives to Play the Ryman Auditorium Oct. 14

Upcoming Forecastle Fest performers, Local Natives have announced a new record, Sunlit Youth, which is due out on Sept. 9 on Loma Vista / Infectious Music, and they will be touring in support, including a date at the Ryman Auditorium on Oct. 14. After a year of relative silence, the LA based indie rockers dropped their first new single in three years, “Past Lives,” back in April, immediately sparking speculation of a new record. Yesterday, the band dropped the second new single, “Villainy,” through Zane Lowe’s Beats1 program, and have a really cool “lyric” video to support the new track. Dig into the video and their upcoming tour dates below, and mark your calendar to snag $36 tickets for the Nashville date when they go on sale Friday June 10 and 10 a.m.
