As you may recall, last Thanksgiving, Bonnaroo aired its own cable special, A Very Bonnaroo Thanksgiving, featuring footage from past fests, to help build anticipation for the post-Thanksgiving pre-sale. Once again, for the second year in a row, our favorite regional festival has returned to celebrate Turkey Day, this time with an online, hour-long special, which, we’re told, will only be available to view Nov. 25-30 (check it out below). This year’s A Very Bonnaroo Thanksgiving seems largely focused on 2015’s event, and should be just what you need to get excited for 2016, ahead of tomorrow’s pre-sale.
Bonnaroo’s 15th anniversary installment takes place June 9-12 in Manchester, TN, and a limited number of early bird tickets will be available here tomorrow, Nov. 27 beginning at 11 a.m. CST. If last year’s slightly accelerated timeline was any indication, we should expect a full lineup announcement in January. Keep an eye on the site for a full rundown on rumors and predictions very soon.
