Back in June, we told you that indie rockers The Neighbourhood were set to set to return to Nashville for a third year in a row, and for their largest Music City headliner to date, Sept. 25 at The Ryman Auditorium, along with Bad Suns and Hunny. At the time, we knew that the group were hard at work on their sophomore album, a followup to smash 2013 debut I Love You (and subsequent hip hop experimentation on 2014 mixtape #000000 & #FFFFFF), but no official details or new tunes had been announced. Finally, and just in time for the tour, the band have revealed that their sophomore LP will be called Wiped Out!, and will arrive on Oct. 30. Along with the album news, The Neighbourhood have released a new track, “”R.I.P. 2 My Youth,” which sounds like a logical evolution from the sonic template set forth on their debut.
