In anticipation of his forthcoming album, Momentary Masters, set to be released July 31, The Strokes’ own Albert Hammond Jr. has released a music video for his new single “Losing Touch.” The video shows Hammond Jr. being chased by Death, and the opening scene uses an exchange from Ingmar Bergman’s The Seventh Seal, in which Death is challenged to a high stakes chess match.
This is the second single released from Albert’s forthcoming album, which comes out just a few months before the famed guitarist’s show at Exit/In on Sept. 30. Tickets for the 18+ show are $12 and are available now.
