Earlier this year, we brought you “Run,” the lead single from Nashville indie pop group COIN‘s highly anticipated, eponymous debut album, due out June 9 via Columbia imprint StarTime International (the group also have a COIN EP out now, featuring the single and two other tracks set to appear on the album). Fueling buzz for the LP, the Nashville group (and site faves) have premiered a music video for “Run,” shot in Atlanta and directed by Andrew Donoho. Perfectly matched to the theme of the song (ambition and the pursuit of freedom that comes with transitioning into adulthood), the video chronicles the band roaming around Atlanta, tempting fate, and generally having blast.
