We’ve been keeping tabs on local blues garage rockers That’s My Kid for a while now. We told you about some new singles back in July, and even featured the group at our Christmas Caroling show last month at The Stone Fox. However, did you know that today they are having their EP release show/party at Grimey’s? We got an early listen and let us tell you, the EP fucking rocks hard! It’s titled simply TMK, and it’s a being released on cassette only, for just $7, but each tape comes with a free download code (in case you can’t find a decent tape player). The music starts early, 5 p.m., so make sure you get there in time. It’s an all-ages in-store performance, so bring whoever, and be ready to rock out with one of our favorite local, rowdy acts.
