Since first hitting the scene ten years ago, Sparkle City Disco have become Nashville’s premiere vinyl disco DJs and curators of epic dance parties. From their modest beginnings at fooBAR, the pair- Jonas Stein and David Bermudez (along with frequent special guests)- have grown to host local residences, throw their own annul River Dance party, appear at major fests like Bonnaroo, tour around the nation, and even serve as an opener for legends like Chaka Khan.
Though some of the spots they used to frequent like No. 308 are no longer around post-pandemic, the duo are still regularly hosting and appearing at events round town, and their next party, a Halloween-themed “Spooky City” dance party this Saturday, Oct. 29 at Emerson Hall, along with likeminded local performer Ken Sable, sounds like the perfect Halloween outing for those who’d rather dance and socialize than catch a show.
Tickets are still available right here, but we’re excited to announce that we’re also giving away a pair of tickets to one lucky fan! Start planning your costumes, preview the lineup, and enter below.
