Held annually at the end of Pride Month, the long-running Nashville Pride Festival is an important celebration of our city’s LGBTQ+ community, and has, since beginning with a parade in 1988, grown to become a huge and revelrous affair, complete with performances from big-name national musical acts and local favorites alike. This year, the festival returns to Public Square Park on June 22 & 23, and will again feature the annual Equality Walk, activities for attendees of all ages, hundreds of local venders, VIP areas and lounges, a dance tent, and, of course, a main stage for live music.
Pride always hosts great artists, with past years boasting the likes of Vanessa Carlton, En Vogue, St. Lucia, Betty Who, Julien Baker, Lizzo, Big Freedia, and Wilson Phillips, but this year might just have the festival’s coolest lineup yet, with today’s announcement of 2019 performers TLC, Neon Trees, Madame Gandhi, Cakes Da Killa, Brandon Stansell, Brody Ray, Taco Mouth, The Blam Blams, Myylo, Spazz Cardigan, Mikala Jones, Jess Coppens, Adam Mac, Shelly Fairchild, Houston Kendrick, Sisters Mann, DJ Remedy, DJ Chris Spear, DJ Aazera, Joy Oladokun, Kate Yeager, Chris and Scogtt, ViRAGO, Jenna McDaniel, Clinton John, Mercy Bell, Liede, Sarah Stawski, and more!
At just $10, general admission tickets are a steal, or, if you want the full experience, several VIP levels are also available, all right here. We’re also thrilled to announce that we’re giving away a pair of general admission weekend tickets to one lucky fan! A fun and, of course, diverse festival that manages to find a very cool niche apart from other June events like CMA Fest and Bonnaroo, Pride is a must-see event no matter where you fall on the spectrum of gender or sexuality, and with a musical lineup this good, it’s the best year ever to join the celebration.
Check out a preview of just some of this year’s fantastic performers, head to Nashville Pride’s site for additional details, daily schedules, and the full, updated performance lineup, download the Nashville Pride mobile app for the latest updates, and enter for a chance to win tickets below!
