Acmeville-Records

Anyone that has followed this website for long, knows that we’re good buddies with the folks down at Acme Feed & Seed.  We’ve hosted showcases at the alternative leaning Broadway venue, bar, and restaurant for several years now, and have been keeping tabs on the ever-growing success of their in-house radio station, Acme Radio Live.  They are now making a big announcement to bolster their resume in the local music scene with a brand new in-house record label, Acmeville Records.  The label is focused on promoting Nashville artists, and will largely release live recordings from the Acme stage, along with compilations and commentary from the Acme Live Radio studio.  The first artist to grace the new label is local songwriter Paul Childers, who will fit in perfectly with his unique blend of pop, R&B, and soul.  Paul Childers Live At Acme releases Jan. 19, and will feature eight originals and two covers.  You can see a teaser video, as well as the track listing below.
