We just told you about Vinyl Thief‘s upcoming EP Touch, with the recent release of their new single “Healing.” As the promo cycle continues towards the July 8 release of the highly-anticipated followup to their 2014 LP Fathoms, the local electro-infused indie popsters have premiered yet another single, “Here in the Moment.” The new tack continues the band’s exploration into the synth heavy, bass laden, r&b dabbled direction of the new EP, and thrusts the rising Nashville outfit into the conversation, drawing comparisons to nationally recognized mainstays like Twin Shadow or M83.
