Justin Collins and Adam Landry used to be known around town for their work with Deer Tick and super group Diamond Rugs, but the two, joined by their bandmates, have been making serious waves for the past couple of years with their Justin & The Cosmics project. Their sound is a melange of Modern Lovers and early Clash era punk with a grungy rockabilly Americana twist, and it is perfectly showcased in their 2015 full length Schooly Dreams, which we premiered for you last fall. Today, we follow that up with a premiere for their latest music video for the album’s single “Famous To Me,” which features the rowdy boys rehearsing in a garage where the beers are a-flowing. It’s a pretty good idea of what you can expect of their live set, which you can catch tonight at The 5 Spot. They’ll be joined by blog faves Reality Something and Kneel Yung. Things get started at 9 p.m., and tickets will only cost you $5. If you aren’t at Bonnaroo tonight, you need to be at The 5 Spot. Head below to see why.
