Philadelphia native Ashley Leone came to Nashville in 2014 with the hopes of further evolving her poppy yet soulful R&B sound. The talented songwriter is gearing up to release her debut EP Sugarcoated on May 20, and we here at No Country are excited to bring you a first taste of Leone’s new project.

Her new track “Sugar In My Coffee” features a sweet and groovy beat that make you want to bust a move. If you’ve ever been hopelessly enamored with someone, you’ll easily connect with the song’s sexy and heartfelt lyrics. Leone’s smooth but funky vocals soar flawlessly through every rhythm, truly making this song as addictive as a hot cup of joe in the morning.

If you can’t get enough of this hypnotizing track, make sure you’re in attendance for her album release party at Tennessee Brew Works on May 26. Get there early to be sure and grab a good spot, and click below to hear her stellar new track “Sugar In My Coffee.”

Great sound, just played my saxophone to it. It added french vanilla to the coffee. Lol
