Ought-620

Montréal based indie rockers Ought have announced a North American headlining tour in support of their latest release, Sun Coming Down, which dropped last fall on Constellation Records.  This string of dates includes a Nashville show at the newly revamped 12th & Porter on May 23 with D.C. punks Priests.

Ought first caught the attention of the press with the release of their debut full length, More Than Any Other Day, and particularly, the single “Habit” in 2014.  Since, the band has continued to tighten the grip of their unapologetic post-punk noise rock, and their vocal styling will definitely fill a void for fans of the Talking Heads.

Tickets go on sale Wednesday Feb. 17 at 11am CST.  While you wait to grab a pair, head below to imbibe in the span of their sound with the single “Habit” from the debut LP and “Sun’s Coming Down” from their latest record.
