At the end of last week, Nashville-based country pop songstress Kacey Musgraves made her latest television appearance, this time on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, to perform in support of her newest release, last year’s Grammy nominated Pageant Material, which we recently named one of the Best Albums of 2015. Ditching her typical “rhinestone revue” vibe, Musgraves took a more serious and straightforward approach, delivering a poignant, heartfelt rendition of the one of the records’s most personal, lovely tracks, “Late to the Party.” Watch below!
