Nashville synth-popsters Vinyl Thief just dropped a danceable, R&B tinged new single “Bad Decisions”. The single is a follow up to their acclaimed full length debut LP, Fathoms, which dropped last year, and a new single, “Longer,” which dropped earlier this summer. Frontman Grayson Proctor explains that the single was almost never released, “We were split on it because it had such a different vibe for us. It may not come off to the listener, but it was a different type of arrangement than we usually do.” The track certainly veers off of the expected course a little bit, but it’s more like making a last minute decision to extend a road trip with a few days at the beach. You won’t regret it.
