Caleb Groh has been quietly crafting melodic folk songs about conquerors, dreamers, and even an LSD-loving pitcher. Groh switches up styles with each record, and we hear his upcoming effort will be more bombastic than past efforts. Fans of Liza Anne and Cassadaga-era Connor Oberst will vibe with the delicate arrangements in his repertoire.
The lighter fare is what we expect to hear tonight at the grand opening of WELD, a co-working community space for creatives. In addition to a set by Groh, there will be a champagne toast, drinks, bites, a photo booth, and a DJ set by FOLDY.
WELD’s grand opening is TONIGHT, June 2, free with RSVP, located at 90 Oceanside Drive, and starts off with a toast of bubbly at 7 p.m. sharp.
