Best Coast-620

So-Cal indie rockers Bethany Cosentino and guitarist and multi-instrumentalist Bobb Bruno are the heart and soul of Best Coast.  They’ve been pinging internet radars since the release of their Mexican Summer debut, Crazy For You, and gained even more steam with their cheerful sophomore effort, The Only Place.  Now, with the release of their incredible third LP, California Nights, which debuted at #24 on the Billboard Charts, it appears that Best Coast is poised to gain true mainstream success.

If you haven’t heard the new album yet, get in the know here, and mark your calendar for their September 15th (yes, we know that’s a long way away) return to Nashville’s Exit/In.  Tickets go on sale Friday, May 15th at 10 for $20.

You can also head below to check out a live version of their track “Heaven Sent”, which was recorded at the Converse Rubber Tracks recording studio in Brooklyn for Guitar Center‘s second annual Get Out of the Garage event.
