More news from the pride of the Australian psych-rock community, Tame Impala. Over the weekend, they announced that their new album Currents, which we’ve been hyping for over a month now, will be available for mass consumption on July 17th. You can also pre-order it digitally right here, and instantly receive the previously released tracks “Let It Happen” and “Cause I’m A Man,” plus you’ll get instant downloads of two brand new tracks “Eventually” and “Disciples.”

If you don’t have tickets to tonight’s SOLD OUT show at The Ryman, getting your hands on four tasty tracks, and listening to their back catalog is about as close as you can get to the real thing. We warned you it might sell out when we were giving away tickets, so next time don’t wait when we tell you a show is in the sell out express lane.
