We here at No Country not only enjoy introducing Music City to the best new and upcoming local artists, but also consider it our duty to do so. Please meet the latest indie dream popers to pop up on our radar. Formed by Brian Carmona and Vince DiCarlo just over a month ago, XPLOR, is the latest project for two musically inclined transplants (Carmona came from LA and DiCarlo from Texas). Meeting at their church The Belonging, the two hit it off immediately, and hashed out the chorus and DiCarlo’s guitar work on “Heartbreak” in just two hours one evening. A few drops of blood, sweat, and tears later, and we have the band’s first single, which you can hear after the jump. So get hip and get on board, because we have a feeling this is just the beginning for these two with XPLOR.
